TNA Slammiversary XII Full Results: All TNA Championships Decided!

The TNA Slammiversary XII pay-per-view event was live tonight from College Park Center in Arlington, Texas. As we previously reported, MVP has been taken out of the TNA Slammiversary main event and there will now be a triple threat match for the TNA World Heavyweight Championship in a steel cage match.

There will be two singles matches in the undercard that will determine the challengers to Eric Young’s TNA World Heavyweight Championship in the main event. The winners of Samoa Joe vs. Bobby Lashley and Kenny King vs. Austin Aries will determine the two challengers in the World Heavyweight Championship match.

Here are the results for TNA Slammiversary:

TNA X-Division Championship Ladder Match

Sanada (Champion) vs. Manik vs. Tigre Uno vs. Crazzy Steve vs. Davey Richards vs. Eddie Edwards

-As the superstars are making their entrances, the final entrant to come out is the TNA X-Division Champion Sanada. As he makes his entrance, Manik springboards himself over the top rope onto Sanada on the floor. This starts the match and Steve grabs a ladder, but gets dropkicked off the apron into his tricycle.

Tigre Uno flies over the top rope with an impressive corkscrew splash onto everyone. Manik and Sanada do a few comedy spots in the ring dodging each other. Tigre Uno hits a heel kick on Sanada and tries for a triple springboard, but Davey Richards catches him. Richards and Edwards hit a step-up enzuigiri into a German supex, crashing Tigre through a ladder. Crazzy Steve does the airplane spin with a ladder spot, but there isn’t anybody in the ring.

When he realizes this, he starts climbing the ladder instead, but Sanada makes the save. He sets up for the moonsault and splashes Steve through a ladder, as Taz acknowledges that The Great Muta does that. Tigre Uno is back in the ring, and he sets up a ladder between the ropes, connected to the primary ladder in the ring. Eddie takes him off the ladder in an elevator drop, and Davey Richards comes off the top rope with a huge assisted backbreaker. His knee looks to be in a bad way after that move.

The Wolves climb the ladder simultaneously and start punching each other at the top. They start headbutting each other. Sanada gets back into the ring and does a vertical suplex to Eddie, sending him over the ropes. Edwards holds on though and they both go spilling to the floor.

Davey Richards looks like he’s about to win, but Manik springboards to the ladder, hitting a sunset flip over Davey and powerbombing him into the ladder. Sanada takes advantage and climbs the ladder to take down the title. Sanada retains. This was a crazy and exciting match to start off the pay-per-view.

Winner: Sanada to retain the X-Division Championship

-MVP comes out with Bobby Lashley and Kenny King behind him. The crowd isn’t happy to see MVP and he says that he’s sacrificing his health to be there for the fans. He runs down the Texas fans for not treating him fairly, and announces the change to tonight’s main event World Heavyweight Championship match. Kenny King says that the three of them are Champions, unlike the Dallas Cowboys. MVP mocks the “Joe is gonna kill you” chant and tells Samoa Joe that he’s going to go from the predator to the prey.

Bobby Lashley vs. Samoa Joe

-Samoa Joe starts the match with a series of right hands, but Lashley sets up in his three-point stance and shoulder tackles Joe in the gut. Joe fires back with lefts and rights and tosses him with an irish whip. Lashley clears him though and hits a big clothesline.

Samoa Joe with more jabs and several face-washes into the corner until the referee cuts him off. He goes for a big boot, but Bobby Lashley rolls to the outside to catch his breath. Samoa Joe goes right at him and dives through the ropes to take him out. Lashley kicks and misses, but kicks again and he is back in control. He brings Joe back into the ring and hits a spinning backbreaker. Lashley with the cover, but he gets a two count. He starts dropping elbows and the fans boo him.

Samoa Joe starts throwing right hands in retaliation, but Lashley rakes the eyes and gets a vertical snap suplex for the two count. Lashley runs into the corner, but Joe counters with the S-T-Joe. They brawl to the top ropes and Joe tries for the Muscle Buster. Bobby fights out of it. Joe almost runs into the referee and pauses to check on him, but he turns around into a spear. Bobby Lashley scores the three count and wins a spot in the main event.

Winner: Bobby Lashley via pinfall

-Dixie Carter is in her owner’s box at the top of the arena with Jeremy Borash and Rockstar Spud. She makes fun of MVP for trying to steal her company, and then injuring himself right before a major Championship opportunity.

Willow with Abyss vs. Magnus with Bram

-The match begins and Magnus goes for a slam. He goes for an early pin, but Willow kicks out. Magnus picks him up and lays him out with a huge clothesline. He punches him in the mid-section and it takes Willow off his feet, but he counters with a sunset flip. Magnus rolls through though with a huge powerbomb. He hits a vertical suplex and goes for another cover, but gets a two count.

He stays on the attack and puts on a side headlock. Willow works his way out of it with elbows, but he gets caught again with a headlock. The referee starts to count him out, but Hardy answers on the third time and fights back. He escapes the hold and hits Magnus with a diving clothesline. Willow hits a split-leg legdrop followed by a spinning dropkick to send Magnus to the corner. Willow comes at him with a handspring forearm. He attempts the Twist of Fate, but Magnus shakes him off. Willow kicks Magnus to the floor and does a splash off the second rope. He tries for a Swanton Bomb, but Magnus rolls out of the way.

Bram tries to get involved, but Abyss is there and start punching each other. Magnus comes from behind and holds Abyss down while Bram beats on him. Willow flies off the top rope backwards, taking them both out. The two men that aren’t in the match, Bram and Abyss wind up in the ring and Abyss hits several clotheslines.

Willow and Magnus get back in the ring and Willow hits the Twist of Fate. He picks up Magnus and hits him with another Twist of Fate. He goes for the cover, but Magnus kicks out. Bram has a metal bar, but Abyss goes under the ring and grabs Janice. He backs Bram up the ramp and the two of them leave the ringside area. Back in the ring, Magnus gets the upper hand and hits a huge belly-to-belly suplex for the pinfall and the victory.

Winner: Magnus via pinfall

-Jeremy Borash is in the ring and he introduces Kurt Angle. We are going to get the announcement of the next TNA Hall of Fame inductee. Angle walks out to the ring with no assistance and he says that when you’re a member of the Hall of Fame, you’ve reached a level of greatness that is respected by everyone in the back, and all of the fans.

He thanks the fans for their respect and love. They start a “Thank you Kurt” chant and he says that he’s not retired yet. He announces the 2014 TNA Hall of Fame INDUCTEES, Team 3D!! Bully Ray and D-Von come out together to a big pop. They hug Angle, and they all celebrate together. The crowd does a long “we want tables” chant. Bully Ray keeps trying to speak, but can’t due to the chanting.

When Bully Ray finally speaks, he says that was the best chant that he’s heard in a long time. He thanks the fans. D-Von says that he left TNA and vowed not to come back because he was done for good, but then got the call to be a member of the Hall of Fame. He says that if they’re going to go out, they want to go out in a blaze of glory. He says “Oh my brother, testify!” Congratulations are in order for Team 3D.

-Ethan Carter III is backstage. He says that the first big thing that he’s ever done was beat Sting, the first ever Hall of Famer, becoming an “Icon.” Then he beat the second Hall of Famer, Kurt Angle, becoming an “American Hero.” Now he’s going to beat Bully Ray, becoming a “Hardcore American Icon.” He says Dallas is known as Von Erich country, but now it’s Carter country, and he’s going to win this match for all the Carters back at home.

Austin Aries vs. Kenny King

-Austin Aries goes right at King and dropkicks him in the face early. He goes for the Brainbuster, but King rolls out of the ring and the two brawl to the floor. King throws Aries into the apron, off the steps, and into the barricade. King gets in Taz’ face and tells him to tell the world that he’s going to win. They fight back into the ring and Aries claps King’s ears and sends him to the outside.

Aries suicide dives through the ropes to take him out. He hits a neckbreaker and then comes off the top rope with a missile dropkick. Aries with the cover, but King kicks out at two. Aries with a few knife-edge chops, but he gets hit with a huge boot that knocks him out. King follows with a nice kick and spinebuster from King, who gets caught using the ropes for leverage.

Kenny King gets in the referee’s face, but turns around into a forearm shot and roll-up, which Aries transitions into the Last Chancery. King breaks the hold and springboards off the ropes with a neckbreaker for a two count. Kenny King gets pissed off and drags his opponent to the top rope. Austin Aries reverses it though into a super brainbuster and he covers him for the three count! Aries will move onto the main event to compete for the TNA World Heavyweight Championship against Eric Young and Bobby Lashley.

Winner: Austin Aries via pinfall

-Jeremy Borash welcomes the Dallas Cowboys to the show, and they get a mixed reaction. He introduces Kevin Von Erich, who gets a better reaction. Kevin Von Erich thanks the fans and introduces his sons, Marshall and Ross Von Erich.

The Von Erichs vs. The Bromans (Jessie Godderz and DJ Zema Ion)

-The Bromans attack the Von Erichs from behind. Marshall, reverses an irish whip into a hip toss. Marshall interestingly enough wrestles barefoot like his father. DJ Zema Ion tags in and then gets arm dragged across the ring. He lifts the kitchen sink knee lift, then sets up for the Von Erich Claw, but the Bromans double team him to save the match.

Marshall Von Erich responds with a belly-to-belly slam and makes the hot tag to Ross. Ross hits a right hand, but Jessie throws him off the ropes and to the floor. Ion goes flying over the ropes with a senton splash, taking down Ross. A huge “Von Erich” chant from the fans and Taz comments that he thinks that they’ve gone back in time.

Jessie Godderz dropkicks Ross to shut them up. He tries for a standing leg drop, but misses, and Ross hits a sunset flip and tags out to his brother. Marshall Von Erich with a dropkick, then the backflip Von Erich dropkick. He motions for the Claw. The Bromans double team him, but Ross takes them both out with stereo dropkicks off the top rope.

The Von Erichs hit an assisted uppercut on Zema. Jessie has a chair, but he’s kicked off the apron. Ross hits a forearm shot. Marshall hits a standing moonsault, but Jessie grabs a chair and causes the disqualification.

Winner: The Von Erichs via disqualification.

-Kevin Von Erich hits the ring and puts the Claw on Zema Ion. There is a giant pop from the crowd. Kevin celebrates with his sons inside the ring. Awesome moment.

TNA Knockouts Championship Match

Angelina Love (Champion) vs. Gail Kim

-The match starts and Gail Kim hits a bulldog. She follows it up with a running forearm and covers, but gets a two count. She tries for a bridge pin, but Angelina powers out of it. Gail Kim catches her with a clothesline. She tries for a springboard hurricanrana, but Love catches her and slams her down with a powerbomb.

Love with the irish whip and Gail Kim tries for a version of AJ Lee’s submission, but Love just brings herself down to the mat to break the hold. They fight to the floor and Angelina Love goes flying over the ring steps. Velvet Sky comes down to the ring and distracts the referee. Angelina Love levels Gail with a superkick, but gets a close two count.

Earl Hebner comes out and throws out Velvet. Earl Hebner then throws out the referee of the match and becomes the referee himself! Very strange. Gail Kim battles back with a running forearm shot, then a nice spinning neckbreaker for a two count. Angelina Love accidentally takes out Earl Hebner, but is caught with Eat Defeat. Gail Kim covers, but the original referee is on the outside trying to get Earl Hebner up.

Angelina Love gets up and rolls up Gail then the original referee Brian Stiffler comes back in the ring and counts a quick three count to give Angelina Love the win!

Winner: Angelina Love via pinfall to retain the TNA Knockouts Championship

Texas Death Match

Bully Ray vs. Ethan Carter III

-Bully Ray comes out with a bull rope and attacks Ethan Carter as soon as the bell rings. He sets up two tables next to each other on the floor, and Carter attacks him from behind. They roll back in the ring and Bully Ray does his version of the Bionic Elbow, then the crowd tells him to “Get the Tables.”

He goes and gets another table, setting it up in the corner, but Carter again attacks from behind. Ethan Carter III grabs himself a steel chair and breaks it over Bully’s back with several shots. He taunts the crowd, and Bully rocks him with a big boot. Bully Ray with overhand chops in the corner until Carter’s chest is bright red. He grabs a cheese grater and starts to grind it over Carter’s chest, but Ethan Carter III drops down and hits a lowblow to regain control.

He grabs a steel chair and starts using it again. Eventually, Carter just starts slamming Bully’s face into the chair over and over again. Bully gets some momentum and battles back, rolling to the outside and getting a box cutter.. He starts knifing the ring and reveals the wood underneath, then asks the crowd if they want the wood or the table still in the corner.

Rockstar Spud comes out of nowhere and cracks Bully with a kendo stick, but Bully hits him in the nuts and cracks him over the skull with a stick. Carter takes advantage and hits his finisher into the boards. The referee gets up to a count of nine, but Bully Ray gets back to his feet. EC3 has a bucket with the Dallas Cowboys logo on it. He dumps it into the ring and it’s just shards of glass everywhere. Carter off the second rope, but Bully catches him with an RKO out of nowhere, slamming him into the glass!

Both guys roll to the floor and they take a long time to get up. Bully rocks EC3 with a kendo stick, then he throws Carter on top of the two tables. He heads up to the top turnbuckle, but Dixie Carter is out to make the save. He screams out “I’m going to kill you bi**h!!” which gets an excellent reaction.

Bully chases Dixie around the ring, until EC3 accidentally takes her out. Bully Ray knocks out Ethan Carter and then picks up Dixie, placing her on the tables. He goes back up to the ropes again, but EC3 attacks him with the kendo stick as Dixie is pulled to safety by Rockstar Spud. Bully goes through the tables and the referee counts to ten. Ethan Carter III wins and will likely start calling himself the “Hardcore American Icon.”

Winner: Ethan Carter III

-James Storm comes out and calls the Dallas Cowboys a joke. He says that they could get in the ring, but if they’re anything like Tony Romo, they won’t hit him. Ken Anderson comes out and does his usual intro, but he doesn’t repeat his name. He says that he’s sick and tired of waiting.

Ken Anderson vs. James Storm

They brawl around the ring until Ken Anderson locks in the figure four leglock. Storm gets to the ropes to break the hold. Storm runs into an empty corner and tweaks his ankle hitting a turnbuckle. Anderson with back elbows and a swinging neckbreaker.

Anderson hits a big boot in the corner, but comes with a rolling senton. James Storm tosses his head into the ring post and starts throwing right hands. He puts Anderson on the top rope and slaps him hard across the face. He follows up with an enzuigiri to the back of the head. Anderson catches him and comes back with the Green Bay Plunge off the top rope for a close fall.

James Storm escapes to the outside and spits beer into the face of the Cowboys. The Cowboys go after him and break the barricade, but security seperartes them from the ring and holds them all back. The crowd pops big during all of this and this is likely going to be on Sportscenter tomorrow. James Storm pushes the referee out of the way, but George Selvie hopped the barricade and gets into his face.

James Storm turns around to Ken Anderson and Anderson hits the Mic Check for the three count.

Winner: Ken Anderson via pinfall

-After the match, the TNA World Heavyweight Champion Eric Young is backstage and puts over his two opponents, Austin Aries and Bobby Lashley. He says that he’s just crazy enough to retain his title tonight, and he’ll do whatever it takes, surrounded by a bunch of crazy people in Dallas, Texas.

TNA World Heavyweight Championship Steel Cage Match

Eric Young (Champion) vs. Bobby Lashley vs. Austin Aries

Bobby Lashley uses his size to dominate early, stacking both guys up and slamming them both down to the mat. He starts charging at both guys, leveling them with shoulder shots around the cage. Aries and Young fight back, and they collide in the middle of the ring. Eric Young with a big clothesline on Aries, followed by a back suplex.

Young goes to work on Lashley with mounted punches in the corner. Aries tries to help and sets up for the brainbuster, but Lashley tosses him into the steel cage. Eric Young hits a DDT out of nowhere and goes for the cover, but only gets a two-count. All three guys fight to the corner, and Eric Young amazingly picks up both opponents for a big fallaway slam!

Eric Young tries to escape the cage and Lashley stops him. They’re all hanging off the cage and Aries hits a jumping hurricanrana to send Lashley down to the mat. Young gets to the top of the cage and he falls down hitting a big flying elbow onto Lashley!! He covers Lashley but Aries makes the save. Aries hits the brainbuster on Young and covers, but only gets a two count. Austin Aries gets to his feet and Lashley spears him. He covers, but Eric Young makes the save.

Lashley powerslams Eric Young and sets up for the spear, but Lashley misses and sends himself through the door and out to the floor. You DO NOT win the match by escaping the cage. Eric Young goes to the top rope and hits an elbow drop onto Aries for a close fall. He tries for a roll-up, but Aries rolls through and dropkicks him right in the jaw.

Both guys get to their feet with Lashley still on the outside of the ring. Aries and Young start exchanging right hands and forearm shots. Aries nails a discus forearm and then another. He hits his signature missile dropkick into the corner. Austin Aries sets up for another Brainbuster, but Eric Young uses the cage for leverage and reverses it into a piledriver! He covers Aries for the three count and survives with the Championship.

Winner: Eric Young via pinfall to retain the TNA World Heavyweight Championship

-The main event match was an amazing match and a great way to end the pay-per-view. As a show of respect after the match, Eric Young pulls Austin Aries to his feet and the two shake hands. Young continues his celebration as the show comes to a close.
