Ex WWE Superstar Chuck Palumbo Debuts New Show Tonight
Does anybody remember the big guy named Chuck Palumbo from his days in the WWE? He began his career in WCW back in 1998 when he debuted as a fan that accepted an open challenge from Ernest “The Cat” Miller. Six months later he was offered a contract from WCW (World Championship Wrestling).
He came to the WWE in June of 2001, He was part of the Billy & Chuck tag-team (With Billy Gunn) who ended up winning the tag titles on Smackdown. The team later broke up after Chuck proposed to Billy in an awful scripted stunt on Smackdown. In 2003 Chuck formed the stable of the FBI (Full Blooded Italians). They feuded with the Los Guerrero’s and Chris Benoit, and other superstars before the team turned face in 2004.
After that Palumbo was traded to the RAW brand under a new gimmick of a greaser/auto mechanic. Then he was released from the WWE and wrestled in Japan until his WWE return in 2007 with yet a brand new gimmick as a Biker Guy. He then started to be accompanied to the ring by WWE Diva Michelle McCool and they had feuds with Kenny Dykstra and Victoria.
Palumbo continued to wrestle through 2007 after he was drafted back to Smackdown defeating many superstars in his path, basically abruptly ending with his wrestling storyline feud between Jamie Noble and Michelle McCool when Palumbo defeated Noble in early 2008. Then Palumbo was drafted again back to RAW but he never showed up back to work. That caused his release from the WWE on November 7th 2008.
Chuck Palumbo went on to do his own thing fabricating custom motorcycles for his company CP Kustoms, and playing in his band “3 Spoke Wheel. Now Big Chuck Palumbo is back on Television with his new show “Lords Of The Car Hoards” which Debuts Tonight At 10PM EST on the Discovery Channel. In the show Chuck Palumbo and hot rod guru Rick Dore offer the opportunity to Car hoarders that they can have one of their classic cars fully restored, free of charge, in return for the car hoarder to sell other cars in their collection.
I’ll be sure to DVR the show since it’s on in the Monday Night raw time slot, cause i’m a car guy too but RAW comes first.
